A
- Absent bronchial cartilage
- Absent bronchial glands
- Tall columnar mucinous epithelium
- Proliferation of terminal bronchioles without alveoli and lobar enlargement that causes secondary compression

How many types of CCAM are there ?
A
Type I:
Most severe , large cysts and disorganized lung parenchyma involving multiple lobes
Type II:
Multiple evenly spaced cysts that rarely exceed 1.2cn
Type III:
Bulky firm mass that usually encompass rarely larger than 0.5 Cn
