Responsibility of the QA Programme. Each department should have someone specifically assigned the responsibility of the QA programme. NB: They do not need to be the only person who does the tests.

The QA Manual. The procedures involved for the entire QA programme must be recorded in a manual. This is to ensure that tests are completed consistently.

Staff Training, All staff should be given sufficient training to be able to carry the QA procedures for which they are to be responsible.
