2-Nerves: vagus & its cardiac branches, sympathetic branches, ansa subclavia & phrenic n. (on Lt. side only)
3-Vein; I.J.V. 4-Thoracic duct (on Lt. side)

Posterior

1-Apex of lung & cervical pleura. 2-Suprapleural membrane. 3-Recurrent laryngeal n. (on Rt. side only)

1-Vertebral a.
2-Internal thoracic a.
3-Thyrocervical trunk; divides into 3 branches: Transverse cervical a., suprascapular a. & inf
