Symptoms:
-Lower Abdo Pain-pattern- much worse before or during periods.

N.B when adhesions form, pt will experience pain in between periods

Simple analgesics like panado dont work.
Pt might be using stronger analgesics like Miprodol or Stilpain therefore ask about OTC drug use.

• Dyspareunia
• may struggle with fertility
• severe impact on QOL
