1. Ability;

Low - followers have little experience, lack some skills and have little aptitude to carry out the tasks required
- Motivation;
High - followers are confident, eager, willing and feel secure that they will perform higher than expected
Low - unsure of selves, hesitant, insecure and anxious to apply themselves to the task required.
