A
Tumour markers - ca19.9, CEA, AFP USS, CT abdo MRCP ERCP/EUS PET scan laparoscopy

What are the management strategies for cholangiocarcinoma?
A
Resectable - surgery followed by adjuvant chemo-radiation
Unresectable - palliative chemotherapy with cisplatin/gemcitabine
