Decline to accept bc no PC youth is CRA
Decline to accept bc youth better served by informal assistance
Accept and do a fact-finding hearing
How long may a child have informal assistance in the CRA program?
max 180 days
max term of normal disposition is 390 days or when child turns 18 or 16
