List five key things to remember for your meditation

A
  1. Drop everything - nothing needs to be thought of right now
  2. Pay precise attention to the breath
  3. Use noting: even oises can be part of your meditation
  4. Check your attitude for desire / impatience
  5. Scan your face / jaw / body for tension. Can you feel cortisol?
