Document that ended the revolution and said that everybody agreed the revolution was over and the United States won

- It said the British recognized that America was independent
- The United States promised they would give property back to the Loyalists who fought against them, but they really didn’t uphold that promise

Explain one reason why America won the Revolution:
One reason America won the war was because of the knowledge we had for the geography. It is believed that America won because they fought on their land where they knew forests, hills, and swamps whereas the British were far from their home and had to rely on long distance supply lines.
