1. Gather Information from the user. What were you doing before the issue occurred? Could it be an environmental issue or infrastructure changes?
2. Stablish a theory of possible causes.
3. Once you have a theory test it!
4. Make a plan to resolve the problem and implement the solution.
5. Verify solution is fixed by the user before leaving the client. Verify full system functionality and if possible implement preventative measures.
6. Document your findings actions and outcomes!

We can use an antistatic mat to prevent damaging components with electricity or we can wear a ESD wrist strap.
