A

Abdominal obesity (W/C> 80 women, >90 Asian men, >94 Caucasian men) plus any 2 of - TG > 1.7 - HDL 130 or dias >85 - fasting plasma glucose >5.6 - taking lipid lowering medication - taking antihypertensive medication - taking hypoglycaemics/ insulin
