A

STEMI…
PCI < 120 mins < Thrombolyse (eg alteplase)

NSTEMI
+ antiplatelet (ticagrelor 180mg OR 300mg clopidogrel)
+ fondapirinux sodium 2.5mg
+ PCI if high GRACE risk within 24 hrs
