How are cancer cells formed?
A
When normal cells or controlled by cell cycle regulators and by chemical signals form other cells.
Cancer cells do not respond to these signals so the divide excessively in an uncontrolled way forming a tumour.

How does a secondary tumour form?
A
If a tumour cell loses the surface molecules that keep them attached to the original cell group they spread throughout the body forming secondary tumours
