0-1 pto: Tto sintomático
2-3 ptos: Realizar prueba rápida de antígeno EBHGA; si no está disponible, indicar cultivo
4 con síntomas acentuados: Indicar antibiótico (Penicilina) 4 con síntomas leves: Realizar prueba rápida de antígeno EBHGA; si no está disponible, indicar cultivo
