What are the clinical features of myasthenia gravis?
A
Easy fatigability
- Gets worse throughout the day
- Worse with activity/exercise/use
May be localised or generalised
Typically affects eyes first
- Bilateral ptosis or diplopia
Limb weakness or general weakness
May develop ‘myasthenic snarl’ on smiling
