What are the steps how to use Metered Dose Inhaler?

A
  1. Remove the cap
  2. Shake the inhaler weel before use
  3. Breathe out, away from the inhaler
  4. Bring the inhaler to the mouth. Place it in the mouth between the teeth and close the mouth around it
  5. Start to breathe in slowly. Press the top of the inhaler once and keep breathing inn slowly until one has taken a full breath (3 to 5 seconds)
  6. Remove the inhaler from the mouth and hold the breath for about 10 seconds, then breathe out
