Q
Identify the tissues in that make up the ureter?
A
- Mucosa: mucous membrane with transitional membrane
Secretes goblet cells
-Intermediate coat: musclaris. Inner longitudinal and outer circular layers of smooth muscle fibres - Superficial coat: adventita - blood vessels, lymphatic vessels and nerves. Anchors ureters in place

Q
Identify the tissues of the bladder?
A
- Mucosa: transitional epithelium and lamina properties
- Intermediate musclaris: detrusor muscle consists of 3 layers of smooth muscle fibres
- Superficial coat - adventita. Aerolar connective tissue
