A

Vendage Tardive ( Late Harvest )
In good year and warm autum grapes are left to ripen and atract botrytis.
Grapes that can be used are :
1. Riesling
2. Muscat
3. Gewurtztraminer
4. Pinot Grigio
For this term to be used on the label at the harvest min suger for Riesling and Muscat must be 235 g/l and for Gewurtztraminer and Pinot Grigio must be 257 g/l.

Explain Selection de Grains Nobles?

A

For Selection de Grains Nobles grapes are left to overripe and some of them atract botrytis.
They are picked in Tiers like in Sautern
This wine is made only in exeptional years
Grapes that can be used are :
1. Riesling
2. Muscat
3. Gewurtztraminer
4. Pinot Grigio
For this term to be used on the label at the harvest min suger for Riesling and Muscat must be 276 g/l and for Gewurtztraminer and Pinot Grigio must be 306 g/l.
