─ Metallic taste, drowsiness, visual changes, hepatic impairment
─ *Acetaldehyde toxicity
─ Esp Avoid in PTs with psychiatric or heart disease

─ Alcohol and any Med formulated in alcohol (ex: Mouthwash)
─ *Metronidazole: additive CNS effects
