Evaluation is a continuous process that involves the techniques used in testing and measurement. It is broader term than measurement. It deals with finding the desired results as well as making a value judgement about these results.

Evaluation= Measurement (quantitative description of students achievement)+ Qualitative description of students achievement+ value judgement of the students achievement.
