DAAMN
diuretics ACEi or ARB Aminoglycodsides metformin NSAIDs

shock - hypovolaemic ( blood loss)
cardiogenci ( something to do with heart)
distributive - vasodilator - so decreased blood flow - sepsis
or renovasucalr disease such as renal artery stenos
renal causes of AKI
glomerulonephritis
tubular necrosis
interstitial nephritis
renal vessels
post renal causes of Aki
obstruction to urinary outflow
luminal e.g. kidney stone
mural - tumour of urinary trac t
external compression e.g. prostate
