PACK Switch AUTO
-With Flaps Up and other switch OFF, regulates to high flow
-When supplied by APU, regulates to high flow
Engine Bleed System
-From 5th and 9th stages of compressor (4 / 9 for MAX)
-Valves DC operated and pressure activated
Duct Pressure
-Min 18psi
-Max 60psi
-If shows 0, try to press Trip Reset
Unbalanced PACK Temperature Control
-When trim air supply not available
-If CONT trim air not available: Left PACK supplies selected CONT temperature
-If cabin or all trim air not available: FWD / AFT average
AC Distribution
-Left PACK to cockpit, rest to mix manifold
-Right PACK to mix manifold
-Recirculation Fans and Ground Air to mix manifold
Zone Temperature Controllers
-Left Electronic Controller: Aft Cabin and Backup for Flight Deck
-Right Electronic Controller: Forward Cabin and Primary for Flight Deck
Overboard Exhaust Valve Open
-On the ground and inflight <2psi differential pressure
-Either PACK Switch HIGH AND R Recirculation Fan Switch OFF
Differential Pressure Limits
-8.35psid >37000ft
-7.80psid 28000-37000ft
-7.45psid <28000ft
-8.45psid when climbing above FLT ALT
Maximum Cabin Altitude

AUTOFAIL Light Reasons
-Cabin pressure change >2000fpm *
-Differential pressure >8.75psid *
-Cabin Altitude >15800ft *
-Outflow Valve control fault

-Loss of DC power
Cargo Compartment Minimum Temperatures
-FWD +5 degrees
-AFT 0 degrees
Engine and APU Bleed for PACK Operation
-APU is capable for 2 PACKs on the ground
-Don’t operate 2 PACKs from one engine on the ground
-Engine is capable of 1 PACK inflight (MAX 2 PACKs)
