- Upon adoption , Bond Counsel will require the municipal clerk to submit affidavits of publication, certified copies of minutes, affidavits that no protests have been filed.
Terms for the estoppel
upon notice of final adoption by the municipal clerk, the public has 20 days to file a petition sign by no less than 15% of votes cast in the municipality at the last general election at which members of the General Assembly were elected.
