1. Qualitative, demonstrative, and adjective of number follow the nouns they qualify -E.g. orang muda; buku ini; tiga ringgit 2. If both qualitative and demonstrative adjectives are used successively, the demonstrative adjective follows the qualitative adjective -E.g. buku tebal ini 3. The adjectives can also be used predicatively (placed at the end of sentences) like English -E.g. Pelajaran ini senang; bilik ini tidak berapa bersih
