Act in Restraint of Appeals 1533
-Declared that appeals couldnt be made to Rome in regards to Church court decisions: meant that Catherine of Aragon couldnt appeal to Rome against the marriage annulment.
Act of Succession 1534
Declared that:
-Henrys marriage to Catherine was void.
-Anne’s children would be first in line to the throne
-To deny the validity of his marriage to anne was treasonable
-An oath should be taking to affirm individuals acceptance of the new marriage.
Act of Supremacy 1534
King declared the supreme head of the Church of England, accomplished the break from Rome.
