- or heavy weight lifting

A
Pain at top of the shoulder

A
- End range shoulder elevation
- End range shoulder horizontal adduction

A
Visual Step Deformity at top of shoulder?

What/How to perform the Paxinos Test?
A
- Examiner places thumb under the posterolateral aspect of the acromion, index and middle fingers superior to mid-clavicle
- Pressure applied in an anterosuperior direction with thumb, Inferior direction on mid clavicle with index and middle
(PAIN elicited is + considered positive)

A
- Horizontal Adduction
- Paxinos Test
- Painful arc test (but at the end range)
