> Supine
- Air between the liver and diaphragm
- Lucent liver sign
- Rigler’s sign (double wall sign)
- Falciform ligament sign
- Inverted V sign (outline of lateral unbilical ligament)
- Urachus sign (outline of middle umbilical ligament)
> Left lateral decubitus (Preferred - detect minimal air)
- Lying on left side, right side up
