How do our cells control the amount of water they contain?
A
A high salt content in our cells draws water into them from the bloodstream, and then the salt concentration in our blood is increased, making us thirsty so we replenish the water in our blood

A compound where electrons are transferred from one atom to another, creating a cation and anion (formed between metals and non-metals)
