  • top to toe assessment
  • abdo palp - mal presentation
  • pad insitu
  • if rupture membrane IVABS
  • increased risk of infection - chorioamnionitis
  • CTG - after 28 weeks
  • vitals
  • fetal movement
  • bloods - FBE, CRP, MSU, U&E vaginal swab
    -AFI
  • tocolytics
  • magn sulfate
  • steriods for both less than 35 weeks - betamethasone (24 hours apart)
