• motivate and prepare stakeholders for change.
• survey the driving and resisting forces.

Moves a business toward the desired state

To do this:

• New processes or practises are introduced.
• give support, counselling and training to employees
• empower staff to be actively involved
• celebrate short term wins

Refreeze step

Answer 3

Ensures the change is sustainable within the business for the long term.

to do:

• new policies introduced to reinforce new culture
• Develop new job descriptions
• recognise and reward employees who have made a change.
