How do you add a transition to your video?

Select the clip you want to add the transition to

Press Command+T

or, Click on the Transitions icon above the timeline

How do you change the duration of a transition?

Select the transition in the timeline

Modify -> Change Duration

Then enter the desired duration of the transition. You can see it under the viewer.

How do you adjust transitions with multiple images?

Select a transition with numbered points in the timeline.

Slide the numbered point over the frame with the image you prefer

How do you access the Crop, Transform, and Distort controls?

Answer 4

Click on the dropdown next to the crop icon and select Transform.

What is the Ken Burns effect?

It creates a pan and zoom effect using the start and end positions you desire.

You can easily apply this effect from the crop menu.
