- Privity of contract
T’s liability (TP’s breach of covenants touch and concern land) (breaches AFTER assignment)
- L/L’s successor vs T/TP (one or other) - Privity of estate
- UNLESS TP indemnifies T (registered land - implied; unregistered land - express)
