Q

How do you create a new model?

A
  1. Once in the ‘Developer Portal’ click ‘Create Model’’.
  2. Give your model a name, an optional description and assign a responsible developer and underwriter (for training purposes, these can both be set as yourself).
  3. Click ‘Create’ once all details have been entered.

Responsible developers and underwriters provide a record of who the owner of the model is from a commercial and technical perspective, and who should be contacted in the first instance if there are queries relating to the model.

Q

What does the releases section of the developer portal do?

A

When a developer has finished building a model and they wish to set it to live, they can put in a request to publish the model. These requests can then be accepted or rejected, by a user with suitable permissions in the release requests sections.

The Models section of this page lists all models that have been published, including the model version (‘Label’), when it was approved for publication and by whom.
